How fast to run a mile ...................
27 Answers
Me and my husband will both be 55 in 2011 and we've decided to get fit and lose some weight together. We've set, what we consider to be, sensible targets for weight and general fitness but, sensibly, how fast should a middle-aged man or woman expect to run a mile?

lizzie-the kind of answers received will always vary according to the sort of question asked-some require factual answers, while any like yours do not. There is not a definite answer to your question as there are too many variables like your age, level of fitness, and whether you have even ever run before. Please try to accept graciously any advice being given-particularly if from those more experienced.
