Has anybody tried those fitness trainers or shoes that are supposed to help tone your legs, bottom etc when walking? More importantly, do you think they work? Any recommendations welcome, please (between £20-£50). Many thanks.

Reebok "Easytone" trainer are approx £55.
"Reebok’s EasyTone technology has pockets of moving air in the heel and forefoot that promote micro-instability which in turn improves muscle tone."

I agree with Michi - my sister did buy MBT and her legs did tone up but we agreed it was because she was doing more walking and also due to the type of shoe being different she was walking differently so once her muscles got used to walking in the mbts it would not continue to tone further.
