She gave herself a month to loose the weight, and choose slim fast. The first week she hadn't lost anything, despite only eating a small portion of grilled fish or chicken and some salad (no dressing) in the evening. She went on 'weight-to-go' and lost 10lb the following fortnight - she said it was a lot nicer too.
Go on a proper diet. Slimming World is good and provides plenty of variety. Weight Watchers is good too just a slightly different way of going about it. If you do not want to pay for these then your best bet is to cut down on fats as drastically as possible. Dry bread is not very palatable but you get used to it after a while. No fried food of course or anything that uses fat. Pasta is quite a good food to eat as long as you don't add substances that are high in fat content. These liquid diets are only good in the short term.
