bruised ball sack

This may sound like a funny question, but one of my ball sacks looks bruised in colour and it goes halfway up my penis. Its not painful but there is a little pain below my abdomen, only on one side, the same as the bruised ball sack.

I do play football and I remember getting hit where the pain is (not in my balls) but I'm not 100% sure that happened.

I'm pretty sure its just a bruise, but can anyone advise, or ever had the same problem? Thanks...serious answers please!

While 'varicocele' sounds like it ought to appear on the menu in an Italian restaurant, it's probably what you're referring to ;-)

If it looks like a duck, quacks like a duck, then it probably is a duck...........a bruise.

It could be a varicocoel but this comes on over a period of time and it is unlikely that you would not have noticed it in it´s early stage.

No big deal......just monitor the situation.

Thanks all for the tips! I'll give it a week and see what happens, otherwise I will go the the GP. Its definitely something that has just suddenly appeared and there's no problem with it "sexually" - thankfully! :)
