Sylvia continues to hold on....Julian had a meeting with the team today and they are going to continue support and review in 24 hours.
So keep sending those thoughts and prayers...she's a very tough lady... they gave her 72 hours and she's held on way past that...

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.just heard from Julian Sylvia still holding on and at the moment is still stable enough for transplant....she must really love her family as something is keeping her going I didn't see anyone hold on this long in six years of working in the Liver unit....I know they will have learned a lot about how to care for this group of patients since I left but she is; as Julian described her, ' tough as a two dollar steak' he was on his way back to her bedside... will keep you informed as/when I hear more

hi,im new to this but im welsh yorkie`s son and i would like to thank rowan for being a massive star for my mother and father,its been hardest week of our life`s and knowing that all you guys are thinking and praying for my mother its amazing.the angels as id like to call them are doing a fantastic job looking after her and all the other unwell people at the c.c.u.as i say thank you all so much for your support at this time,and as my father would say "Have a good day now Y`ALL"
