I had bleached blonde hair and decided to dye it jet black with a permanent dye. However i do not like it and want to dye it brown and have light brown highlights. Can i put a brown dye on to my black hair.

i'm not sure if that would work. i suggest going to a hairdressers & seeing what they advise. good luck x

by putting a brown dye on black hair it will do nothing and be a waste of money! sorry to say :( your best bet is to go tot he hairdresses and ask them to 'strip' your hair, this meens that they take all the colour off and leave you with your natural colour and then you can go from there!!! xxx
