bad smell

ive had a problem with my breath for around 3 yrs now and has spread to my body odour as well. Ive been to the doctors a number of times, but believe nothing is wrong. i work as a waitress and is quiet embaressing when serving them, along with working with my employees. I know i have a problem because of the jokes that are said about me behind my back. Ive tried number of solutions that have been given to me but still doesnt work. Is there anyone that could help me????????
