I went to bed at 23.30hrs and had to get up again because of the damn Sciatica throbbing in my right leg is driving me nuts. Any instant cures out there?

Have you considered hypnosis? It won't take the pain away, of course, but it will make it appear 'invisible' to you...

Try mind over matter....pinch your arm and the leg pain will go - hope it works for you.

I think carlton is looking for a cure tonight not next week!

Try a hot bath Carlton and massage your leg to ease the pain until you get medical advice, it dose work I used to have it.

Just tried pinching my arm, tamboriine......leg still throbbing and Mark...who`s gonna hypno me this time of the night?......Sleeeeeeeeeep, sleeeeeeeeeeeep, zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Lay on the floor ...both legs flat out then lift one leg up as high as you can til it hurts..then hold it there for 10 secs...do the same with the other leg and repeat 5 times
