Im going on holiday to newyork on thursday and have been told by my doctor to take 1 pill three times a day, 3 days before my period and for the duration of my period.
Im going to take the pill morning evening and night london time, I wanted to know if when i get to new york should i take the pills on london time or new york time?
Also im only using the pill to delay my period because i dnt want to have to deal with pain and bleeding on holiday.........this is hte first time ive tried delaying my period, will it be effective and stop my period?
I know I should have asked my doctor all this, but was in a rush....any feedback will be much appreciated!! thankyou...

Not sure about what time you should take it with regards to the time zone thing though, sorry, that's always confused me too!
You should only have to take one pill a day, but if you are coming to the end of the packet, go straight to the next packet without a break. There is no reason to take 3 a day, it wouldnt make any difference. When taking it you should try to aim for around the same time, so you just need to work out the time difference. Say if you take it at midday and there is a 6 hour difference, then you'll take it at 6pm. Bit confusing I know.
yeh ive never done this, and the doctor and the pharmacist said 3 pills a day for the duration of my holiday and the leaflet for the pill said dosages vary depending on why you are using it and you can take up to 3 a day.
Thanks for you advice....im going to go by new york time and see what happens.....worst comes to worst ill have always pads with me anyway.
thanks again
