I keep getting blood bruises....

on my arms if I happen to slightly catch them on cupboards or doors or a a scratch from my pups nails and they sometimes bleed and can take ages to heal.

I have been taking 1 aspirin daily on doctors orders for about 2 years.

I am 66 yrs old.

Almost certainly the result of you taking Aspirin......if it continues, then see your GP who will arrange a blood test to rule out the unlikely event of there being something more sinister going on.

I get 'em too - doc said it's a side affect of my steroid inhalers but someone else said it's an age thing (I'm 64) It really is a pain in the butt! Dog 'tapped' my arm and peeled the skin off - another time I was walking Coco through the woods when another dog came bounding up to play - bumped into me and took a lump out of my leg!
