When someone has written an insulting or offensive question?

Or even if someone is being mean on somebody elses post?

For the Ed to remove these answers, or questions so quickly, what strategies are in place for his super quick action???? ;-)

Is it whem someone reports them maybe? But surely he/she would have to be sat next to their PC all day in order to get this tip off that meanies are online..

If it's a single post by an established user it gets reported in most cases (unless it's really bad, when a ban might ensue)

If it's a user name that's signed up just to cause trouble then it gets banned by the ed or one of the moderators.
