is it normal get vaginal discharge every day? if so, how much is normal. sorry i know  its a yuckky subject

Yes it is normal, and I believe you get more around the time of your period- the few days leading up to it. Only be concerned if it is smelly (I mean, nasty smelling rather than normal smelling) and darker in colour- this could mean an infection.
