I do get rid of my caterpillar, shave my legs but I leave my arms alone now (I used to get them waxed), but I'm not so bothered about them now.
I'm glad my daughter is very fair haired as she won't have to go through this. My mum said I had hairy legs when I was 3 and went to ballet, poor me lol.

I am wondering why hair on ladies is considered to be unfeminine if it is natural. Have women always removed body and facial hair throughout history - was there a time when it was considered OK ? Just wondering? I must admit to be happy not to be hairy. Something less to think about. No hairs under arms either. I used to have a few - but they have gone to. Funnily enough the hair on my head is thicker and stronger now I am older -weird!!
I started removing the hair from my arms after a girl at school mentioned that my arms were particularly hairy; she wasn't particularly bald herself to be honest! I wish I hadn't now as it's a right pain but can't stand the idea of the inbetween growth stage; also don't know how bad they would be so don't want to find out if it's very bad!
i am pretty hairy as i have pcos which causes hirsuitism, and i also have very dark brown hair and a pale olive tone complexion so its very noticable if left - though strangely my arms hardly have any.
personally i dont care about it, but remove it because its sort expected an my boyfriend likes it...but if i could make a magic wand an make it so hairyness was the norm and expected id happily wave it...i consider haor removal an absolute pain in the hoop...
also the feminist in me hates the fact that we are expected to do this and its considered ugly an unclean by many yet men can be as hairy as they like.
i think modern porn has a lot to answer for when it comes to this trend to be almost hairless these days...it seems completely bald is common and very popular now, whereas there was a time when it would have seemed odd.
i dont go in for all this landing strip stuff etc...a bit of a trim is enough i think.
