Has anyone tried these? Especially Thermogenic (or whatever-it-is) ones? Do they work?

No, consume less, use more it's
the only way

No they don't.  The only things they do are:

- swell in your stomach so you feel full- VERY dangerous!

-Act as a laxative- nice.

-Increase your heart rate so you sweat more- just feel that heart explode...

Boring as it is, proper portion sizes of quality food combined with gentle regular exercise and you'll loose weight. Look on www.weightwatchers.co.uk

tried one type and they did nothing absolute waste of money...
Yeah I use them fairly frequently - usually MaxiSlim or ThermoSlim. They're herbal tablets (allegedly) but they just make me feel less hungry which works for me as I have a massive appetite. I still get hungry at mealtimes and eat normally but if you were to take them and follow a diet, you'd probably find that the diet is a lot easier to stick to. I appreciate that this does not work for eveyone nor am I recommending that anyone should take these tablets, I'm just saying that it works for me. I lost three stone two years ago - a combination of a number of factors including following a healthy diet and taking exercise as well as the tablets but I would say that they did help and they have helped keep the weight off since.
