I would like to learn hypnosis, both self and normal. What is the best way to learn and how do u go about it? Thks

There's no official course at all, and some of the top hypnotherapists taught themselves. The actual hypnosis is mechanical and can be learnt from any decent book. It's the therapy itself that really needs training as you then have to deal with the problems which are raised as the actual hypnosis is only part of a session so ideally if you're not trained in counselling a year or so is ideal, and would usually be once a week or some weekends. There are lots of courses around but the longer ones are better.
