I prefer him a bit fatter. You can go too far sometimes and it is worse to look like a skeleton than just to have a little bit of fat on you. I am still trying to lose a bit though sqad, but taking your advice and losing it very slowly.
Looks like he's gone a bit too far.

Starby...well done.....don't go over the top and for God's sake, don't make it a lifetime "crusade".
I love the comment at the bottom "he's lost the light in his eyes, very sad".. someone needs to look up 'sunglasses' in the dictionary!
If you took his head off he looks fine I think, a bit of definition, but his head just looks too big for his body suggesting he really shouldn't be that slim.
Think she may be keeping his boozy mates at arms length (for now). He's in love and that works wonders!
Question Author
He looks like a male version of a "barbie doll"
Maybe it will only last as long as the 'madly in love' stage! Well Squad she is Barbie! Although more mature versions.........
The shot of him on the steps isn't very flattering, he looks like he's gone a bit too far. However, the shot of him with Liz - further down the page - looks ok (ish)
Question Author
mmmm! maybe.
I agree Sqad, so many women totally ruin their bodies by yoyo dieting. If you need to lose weight you need to look at what you can cut out or reduce from your diet for the foreseeable future/forever.

Dieting has got to be a life changing diet, not just until you lose the required amount.
Question Author
RATTER exactly.
My downfall is bread.. it really doesn't agree with my body but I can't resist. :(
I'd have figured you'd be in a position to know Sqad. Slow but sure seems generally acceptaed as the best option. But this cricketer guy you link to seems to have done well on whatever he's doing. Now will he be able to remain there ?
Question Author
O_G....simple answer.....almost certainly NOT.
maybe hes just so in love, eating is no longer a priority !
Liz Hurley has `stylised` him. I bet she`s had him on one of those trendy low carb diets that are all the rage in LA (South Beach diet). The only way to remain slim is to never put on the weight in the first place. If you gain weight, your body will always want to go back up to that weight and fill those fat cells (in my opinion)
Question Author
237SJ....correct.
Maybe he had it all sucked out...
Question Author
ummmm......LOL.....and spat out?
