It's probably not as bad as it sounds. If people took the trouble to lift their dogs poo and put it in the bin, they'd have wrapped it in little plastic bags first

That is a real shame, especially since he's accused the PO of losing his post - but surely to goodness, whoever empties poo-containers would have noticed loads of letters in that one?
