Yes, I've been a few times now. I love it, the salon that I go to is very particular regarding hygiene so make sure if you do go that they clean your feet with a disinfectant solution first. The best way I can describe it is a bit like mild pins & needles - you hardly feel anything. Also in the tank are filters which keep the water clean but also creates a bubbling effect so it feels a bit like a foot spa anyway. The results are amazing especially if you have a few goes. Try it!

thanks for those answers, seems I am going to have to try it . I adore pedicures so I am half way to heaven !
I could do with it, my dry foot skin could benefit from a nibble, but I can't bring myself to go....
It's fantastic! Not painful or uncomfortable. Similar sensation to the start of pins and needles, but it doesn't hurt. It's very relaxing. :)
What happens when the fish get too big from all that nibbling? Do they sell them in the fish shop next door or take them to the Chippy?
I've been and really enjoyed it. When you first put your feet in the tank it feels as though you're paddling in lemonade. Then you relax into it. Oddly, I found I couldn't watch them nibbling me, but was OK looking at other people's feet. My skin was nice and soft afterwards and I'm sure it would be good to keep it up and go regularly.

If you have a choice however, go to anywhere but Dr Fish as they are usually in really public shopping centres. We went to a small salon in a small town where they charged the same fee but offered a lovely quiet relaxed atmosphere. They had time to assist and make us feel special.
Carakeel loves it, I wouldn't put my feet in there!!
Also, I've been first thing in the morning and last of the day, and they are definitely hungrier (and work better) early on. :)
paddle in the sea in Turkey and you get it for free. But expensive for the chance lol.
