I once followed Rosemary Conley's 'Hip & Thigh' diet. Trying to follow it now in another attempt to lose weight because, with a little bit of willpower, it actually works and does what it says on the tin - you lose weight noticeably on your bum, belly and thighs. I once lost almost two stone in around six months (helped because I had a very active job at the time, I might say). It's basically just a healthy albeit very low-fat diet, so you have to cut out the cream cakes and the fried eggs and so forth, but can have stuff like oily fish, cottage cheese, skimmed milk and low fat spreads, as well as grilled bacon and skinless chicken.
