Bandaging a sore arm..

Friend has hurt her arm pulled a muscle or something!!

Was going to use support bandage on it... But she also has a bandage used for compression!? I think thats ok to support her arm for a day or two?

Compression bandaging is for conditions like leg ulcers etc., where you want to be sure to keep the blood flowing in the right direction. I'd use a support bandage.

Its just till she has one! I think it will support for now as resting isnt an option! Just not too tight hahaha
