Whats wrong with my finger?

I've been getting this odd sensation in my index finger the past few days. The only way I can describe it is like the feeling of cramp but without the pain. It doesn't hurt at all. It's not constant but quite regular.

I can't say I'm worried about it just curious.

Any ideas?
