Cortisone Injections
0 Answers
I had one one Monday (120mg) and have been getting stingy pains and irritation in the areas which were the most badly hot and swollen (hands, tops of feet, ankles, knees, hips and shoulderblades) since last night.
The swelling does seem to have gone down a bit (still swollen but not as bad as before the injection) but a bit confused about the extra pain - it is just the injection kicking in and working on the inflammation? There was quite a bit of it.
If so, will it calm down quickly, I especially need my hands not to be too evil for work as I type a huge amount every day.
I've heard they can take a few days to kick in properly so hoping for some relief anytime soon :)
