Do you think they're effective in killing germs? I've noticed a few people at work with colds. I travel by bus to work & thinking of the amount of people touching hand rails ect.. I've bought some.
have lived a thousand years without wearing gloves and spraying every contact surface in sight - appreciate the up coming generation are inherently weakened by over coddling (not their fault!) - will continue to be disgustingly unhygenic.
germs travel through the air too, so you're probably best to wash with a sanitiswer and then wave your hands around a lot, hoping to swat stray germs... really, i think being sneezed on in the bus is probably the likeliest way to catch a cold.
I saw a programme on TV last week where a doctor said that the way colds get you is through the hands touching your mouth or eyes after you have touched something with the germs on it, so hand washing is the best way to keep healthy.
