I'm sure certain foord you take in must have something in them to trigger off psoriasis with all this processed food etc. I also have whats called goegraphical tongue or white tongue. My tongue flares with pain when i eat any citrus fruits, also tomatoes and certain sugar concentrated drinks flare my tongue. anybody else have this problem?
well i dont eat processed food..so thats not what caused mine..it can be hereditry..and stress also makes it flare up..its a dreadfull thing to have as its unsightly and can also be painfull.i havnt seen a skin specialist for 18 years as i couldnt see the point anymore..i have had lots of hospital treatment and it allways came back..now it seems to have worked itself away..the sun used to clear mine up..yet i have heard others say it makes theirs worse..so its just what suits you..we are all different..
