Had first dose of Depakote last night, 250 mg alongside my usual 350 mg of Quetiapine XL. Did not sleep at all as I was 'speeding' all night, paranoid, terrified but this morning not tired at all as still 'speeding'.

Do I take my prescribed dose this morning or not? Very scared of what might happen if I do?

That why you "wnt" to foreign lands ?...Dalgetty Bay ...bit out of the way must be something in the water over there...

Thanks guys - bipolar disorder, newly diagnosed so I'm in the dark a little.
OK thanks

2 choices:

1) Contact your GP
2) Take your morning dose.

I am NOT an expert on mental disorders, but if it were me, i would take your morning dose as usual.
