Sore eyes

My eyes feel like someone has thrown hot sand into them, I so need to bag a few more cards, (I do homework to help with the bills) anyone know any way to soothe them please ?

Ask your chemist about some eye-drops. Try and limit your time on-line
because that can cause dry-eye.

My chemist provided me with a great eye drop - it stings but it certainly works.

In the mean time just try a warm compress applied to both eyes. A wash cloth dampened with hot water is adequate. Leave it on (refreshed periodically) for 30 minutes...

I often have sore, irritated eyes and I love the Optrex spray you use with your eyes closed...It's a bit pricey, I got it when it was on offer, but it lasts for ages as you don't have to discard it after 28 days....it really works for me anyway.

Warm compress and could try some lubricants. I like systane and hycosan plus.
