I get what he's saying & it all seems simple enough... except the book says to stop eating when you're full... my problem is that I don't get full, which is why I clear my plate & have seconds... so what am i meant to do?? Just put more on my plate in the first place?? How will eating more help me loose weight? I'm clueless!
Does anyone know of a website with faq about this plan? Or an email address where I can ask the Paul McKenna people?

I was like you, unable to stop myself from wolfing the food down and going back for more. But the advice is to learn to listen to your body - take your time with your food, and to try to lay your knife and fork down between each mouthful. It may feel ridiculous at first, but if you do this, and learn to read the signs of being full (like not enjoying the taste quite as much) then this can really work because you don't eat more, you eat a lot less and feel fuller much more quickly.
I also found his advice about recognising why you feel hungry particularly useful. I used to feel hungry whenever I was annoyed at my husband (so pretty regularly!) and realised that I was comfort eating without knowing it.
I hope that you do figure it all out for yourself - I have to be honest and say that I have tried a lot of diets, but the money I spent on this was far better spent than all of the fad diets that cost you a fortune.
By just understanding myself better, I have managed to lose three stone since January - and I can only hope that it continues to work for me.
