do you worry about getting old?
I do, although I'm only 33 it bothers me. I'm not up for cosmetic surgery and all that malarky, but its the aches, pains, immobility, feelings of being "left behind" that I don't like the thought of. Does it bother you guys too? p.s it isn't bothering so much that i don't sleep at night!!!!

There is a positive side about getting older spammylou, you can be totally daft about anything and everything and nobody cares a damn..... You realise that life is too short to be fearful of what people think - so you do it anyway!!
When you reach a certain age there is a wonderful 'What the Hell' freedom about it - I just wish I'd discovered it a lot earlier....
He he Cetti has said something along the same lines as I was thinking. There are a few of us Grumpy Old Gals (you know who you are) on here & we love to have a dig occasionally at things that annoy us but that's because we can, and as Cetti said, not care too much about what anyone thinks!
I act like a big kid some days & in the evening I catch sight of myself in the mirror & think 'Oops, maybe I'd better grow up tomorrow'. Er, tomorrow never comes. As for the health issues, you don't have to be an antique for those to happen, so just enjoy yourself now & don't worry.
