PGSC Question.

Well PGSC is "Potential Gunner Selection Course". I have a few questions about it. Was hoping someone on this website has had some experience from it such as applying for it.

What is the "Low Ropes" exercise that takes place on the 4 days PGSC?
Did you make it over the 9FT wall?
What was your 3 Mile Run time?

Do you have any tips for me before applying?

Or just Google Potential Gunner Selection Course and it gets loads of hits, there used to be a Facebook page for it where you could have gotten more personal experiences but it says page down right now.
