Has anyone tried any of these, and who/what would they recommend. I've kind of got motivated by the Biggest Loser show on TV, and checked out their website - it seems the cheapest so far... I'd really rather do it online, I couldn't bare the thought of traipsing to a class each week, besides the nearest one is miles away from me...

It didn't work for me...............I found that the fear of the weekly weigh-in, plus the competitive streak in me wasn't there.

Hi Meg888 I have never tried any online dieting thing but my fiances daughter has lost 3 stone with weigh watchers online .
I found Slimming world worked best for me with its red and green days, I went to class which I really felt supported as there was a great class spirit and the consulant was fantastic, I dont think online would work for me.
Good luck with this however you go about it x
