it could be that your diet is not giving your body enough nourishment, bin the junk and try eating wholesome foods, plenty of fruit and veg, wholegrains, lean meat ect. boring I know but very effective and could alieviate your symptoms including the hunger issues.
it would certainly be worth trying to improve your diet before you go down the avenue of spending a lot of money on private blood tests.

Too much food rozia. The times when I dieted I usually became pregnant. Watch your diet and drink more water and get regular nights sleep. Set your stall out to be fit and healthy if you want to start having a baby. You can help yourself without looking for things, your GP must think you are well enough or he would have ordered the blood tests
You seem to have many health issue, including anxiety. Docs seem to take a blood test for everything these days but only if they are looking for something specific. It only costs a few pounds but he has obiviously ruled out thyroidism. What else is happening, healthwise? What is the doc doing to resolve your many problems? Dont forget you are paying his salary (100 grand a year) and are entitled to ask questions. Ask to see another GP if necessary and have lost confidentce in him.
