Dont think so Jom one was last week.. And i wasnt drunk owd LOL for once ;0>

i also have normal
BP xx
Usually ear infections - can you describe the actual spell in more detail?
Do you mean when you get up? Loss of oxygen to the brain possibly caused by (low I think) blood pressure.
If its like the room is spinning with your eyes 'swirling'/ trying to focus, and like you think you;re gonna go through the floor, it sounds like an inner ear infection. If is like a dizzy, oh I'm gonna pass out, sort of feeling, then it could be anything like low bp, anaemia, or that good old 'one of those things'. If it gets worse, see ur GP x

Its like my head is spinning? No other symptoms that i can think of...not too worried just wondering! :0/ xx

Thanks all xx
You are describing transient (5-10secs) of vertigo which come on very occasionally. I will assume that there are no other associated symptoms e.g, deafness, ringing in the ears, nausea or movement related vertigo.

This is no big deal and i go along with the diagnosis of jomifl.

kariah's second post is helpful.
probabaly not relevant to you but I got them when I started perimenopause.

I have dizzy spells and sometimes have to 'hold on' to the chair because I feel as though I'm falling! The doctor said it was this
Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo

Kathyan...that is a very common and often worrying and debilitating disorder and always associated with critical movements of the head.
In tinker's post, her attacks would suggest that there was no positional involvement.
