  hey,

i bought darkest brown , and when i did it it turned out black...please help me i want my brown hair. what should i do to  get it back!!!

This recently happened to a friend who said she had tried everything, but nothing took the darkness out.  It faded on it's own after about three weeks.

don't do it yourself, a bleach bath is involved here, so get to the salon. Either this or upto 10 washes in one hit will reduce the colour by using Head & Shoulders.

I did exactly the same thing not so long ago! put as much head a shoulders in your hair as poss and leave for about 40 minutes! really works, it wont get all the colour out but is hell of a lot lighter! i've now gone with the darkest brown tho!!
