the bottom of your feet?
If you squeeze the bit of skin under your elbow, it doesn't hurt a bit.
The lowest density of proprioceptor are in the area of the small of the back.

As cheesefreek mentioned, the skin under your elbow is not very sensitive.  My dad was a screen printer and would use a vacuum table in the process of photographically placing the image on the screen.  Once the the vacuum was turned off, there was always a large static electrical charge that would get you  when you touched it.  My dad taught me to always touch it with my elbow, as it didn't hurt at all.  This method worked very well. 

I think it's most sensitive around the ears and least sensitive around the mouth.

That's what 56 years has taught me.

Sensibly, though, I believe that the fingertips and feet are the most sensitive areas.
