Erectile Dysfunction

Hi I am a 19 year old healthy male who weight trains five days a week and does 20 minutes of cardio once a week. I took half a scoop of Super NOS Blast last week (which I have been taking at this same dose for 4 weeks with no problems) and did some crunches in the gym and felt some slight strains in my anus area. I have felt the strains in my anus area before and did not think it was something unnatural. But when I got home I found that when I am sexually excited my penis is not as hard as it usually is. When I press on the head the skin looks whiter. As I said earlier it has been a week and still my erections are not as hard as usual. I have the same high sex drive as I have always have and it is very frustrating for me. I am afraid of what my girlfriend will think. Also I would like to add that I do have a mild case of Raynaud's Syndrome. What is going on and what can I do to prevent this from getting worse and to fix this problem?

The only sensible thing to do is go and see your doctor. Not sure why you haven't done this already but maybe it is embarrassmen t or a worry that they might actually find something wrong...

If it is the former then believe me there is nothing embarrassing about it, frankly it makes no difference to the doc if it is your ears or any other part of your body that you are concerned about.
If it is the latter then if there is genuinely something wrong then the longer you wait, the worse you might be making things by not knowing the cause.
Chances are it is nothing major.
And as for the GF, just talk to her about it, this will take the pressure out of any situation before it arises. The last thing you need is to be worrying about how you will perform before it actually happens, thinking about not getting an erection is a major cause of not actually getting one!
Good luck bud.

Personally mate I train myself take all the crap that comes with it, the half scoop is look on the package an check the cycling see if it can give you adverse affects in my case it makes me the opposite but if you go your doctor tell the everything even if you are taking any substances because from personal experience it's always best to be honest as the usually know anyway, good look mate
