really sensitive to smells

Over the last few days i have become really sensitive to smells round about me. No idea where it has come from but simple things like someone sitting next to me with perfume on is making me boak, as is all cooking smells. I feel generally well and cant think of anything that wold cause this. Do you think i could have a wee sinus infection. Dont really want to bother the doctor, so ill just bother you Answerbank'ers instead!

Nope, dont smoke, dont drink, so cant be that.
I think id prefer invisibility 2short, what on earth could i do with the power of smell?!? lol

Mr Helmet came over all pong sensitive the other night when we were sitting in the pub and he says "We'll have to go - I can't stand the smell". I say "What smell " thinking - did I put deo on today <lifts armpit to sniff>. Turned out it was a smelly plug in the loos which wafted across the room when anyone opened the door to go in/out. Can't say I'd noticed - thought it was just someone wearing too much perfume

Everyone seems to thing that you are pregenant so you will have to humour us all by getting a little blue stick and then proving us all wrong.

You should always go to the doctor if something is wrong. That is what they are there for and it is what you pay your taxes for.

I hope you will take our advice now that we have all given it to you!

It's not going to be sinus - if your nose is blocked, you wouldn't smell anything.
