It might be a Boots version of the one I ordered on line. It is a sort of laser light device that you have to hold for so many seconds on the area until it bleeps? x

God the eyes seem to have just resolved with the drops so i cancelled my app!! I always get coldsores every month for hell knows what reason and they drive me insane so i used my boots discount and gave this a go today- will defo let you all know xxx
