I assume this is whats wrong with me and because of my age I know the G.P will just dismiss it as so, hence I refuse to see one.
I've searched online but everything goes on about Hot flushes, night sweats and mood swings, I have none of these.
Can anyone recommend something for the dizziness, tiredness, weakness sore boobs and erratic heart rate and blood pressure, I feel so ill its hard work just to sit here and type this.
These were just funny spells as I call them but now they are here most of the time. Last two periods were both a week late so I guess I'm just a beginner at this menopause lark.
Can you recommend something herbal that you found worked for you.
Thank you..

Having two periods that were 1 week late might not signify the menopause, or it may be the very early stages of perimenopause. It took me a few years to go from slightly irregular, to missing 1 period, to missing 3 or 4 and then finally have just this month reached a whole 12 months without one :)
Being period free at age 43 is great!

See your GP and insist on a referral to a specialist. In the meantime try checking your height -weight ratio as being overweight adds to the misery. Take an overview of your dietary regime - might be a good time to go for low fat, high fibre, no sugar, lots of leafy vegetables. Check your alcohol intake. For sleeping I found kalms really good, and a good dose of diuretic such as aqua-ban to address the sore boobs.
