Do you suffer sleepless nights? I used to but now take magnesium with Vitamin B complex & this works wonders for me. Its worth checking it out first for any side affects or any medication that may have adverse reactions.
I sound like an advert but have suffered many years & at last I can sleep.
Kept a food diary for ages before & some foods do make it worse. Chocolate, oranges & tomatoes all of which I love but find if I have a little earlier in the day, occasionally, then I don't suffer. Good luck!!
good to see you are better capricorn.
my odd shift patterns sometimes means that i have difficulty sleeping, the next time it happens i might just try what you suggest.
is it available in chemists?
yes you can get this from Holland & Barrattt but you do need to take every day as you may not see results for 2/3 weeks or more. Stick with it if you can. Beware of bright yellow urine but this is the Vit B. check online for info.
I get mine thru Heathspan online as its cheaper!!
I read on-line about putting a bar of soap under the bottom sheet of the bed at the bottom end, and it stops restless legs, te people were saying how wonderful it was and how it worked, not sure if its true or not, but wont do any harm in trying, its something to do with the alkaline in the soap, and not to use Dove soap as it contains more moisturiser than alkaline. http://index.healthbo...f-soap-under-sheet/1/
