I hav ibs and its so hard to loose weight

& if i do its only temporarily cos i put it on

& more very quickly.

There was a feature on people with ibs on tellie a while ago.  There is medication available, it is not funded in NZ but may be in your country? they showed a girl b4 and after the meds, she was a normal healthy weight. Talk to your GP.
