Confusing:Only the French would have the same word, 'aimer', for 'to love' and 'to like'. and the same word 'baiser' for 'to kiss' and 'to..er.. ahem'. Says a lot about the culture; context is everything. Curiously, the word 'chatte' means 'pussy' in both meanings in the respective languages. And 'queue' while it may mean a queue in French,is 'tail' and also something anatomical which could be so described!

and the use of the verb prendre, a fairly common foreigner gaffe being:

"I'll take you to the cinema." = "Je te prends au cinema."
