No headache tablets in house

I have a splitting headache and have no tablets, and cant go out as am waiting for a delivery. Is there anything else I could take, that might ease it??

Can't you ask a neighbour for painkillers, or to sit in your house whilst you get some?

I know Sqad has suggested frozen peas, I often run a face cloth under the cold tap for ages and place it on my head. Bananas also help with my headaches sometimes. Hope you are ok xx

smow...you could also lie on your sofa under a blanket with a cold flannel on your temples. i do this with migraines and also cover my eyes to block out the light with a scarf. you will be comfy, warm, cold on the forehead and blocking light will help if it is your eyes or the front of your head that hurts x

You could try putting pressure on the bit of skin between your thumb and finger, that sometimes works xx

Also remove knickers, I find that helps.

Do you know what has caused the headache. Sometimes if you eat something like a biscuit or some chocolate might help but it depends on the cause.
