job offer and trying for a baby

what if i get pregnant and havent started the job yet? im so worried, because its my ideal job, and i really want it as much as i want a baby. What is the process if such thing happens. many thanks

if you are with the same employer and dont have a break between the 2 jobs, you will get the mat pay

Apology accepted. Thank you. i got my letter today for the conditional offer. Also i am not pregnant :'-( but hey whats meant to be is meant to be!!. must say i am going to do this job well!! even when i do get pregnant. Its what i want.

Congrats on getting the job, hope it turns out to be what you thought it would be (I couldn't do it, blood and needles - yeuch. My dad is a haematologist and used to store the samples he had taken at a local hospital in the kitchen fridge until he returned to his usual workplace in the afternoon).
