Burn Healing Gradually
8 Answers
further to my previous thread, well the burn got worse and yukky and I am now on antibiotics. So it is healing with a large scab - can someone help please by letting me know the best thing to prevent scarring? I have been told to keep the area dry and I have stopped putting Acriflex on as it seemed to make it more yukky, but I would like to put something on soon as it is a large area - 3 inches by 3 inches and a scar wouldn't look too good.

You will need to let the scab heal, once healed you can then apply lavender oil to the skin, after a while you should notice the reduction in the scarring. http:// www.ana ndaapot ...ithe ssentia loils.h tml Try this link for more info, re other oils. I always have a bottle of lavender to hand, it has so many uses.
