I'm going to invest in one of those lumbar support thingies, to support my poorly back when I'm sat at work all day... I'm not sure if a should get a cylindrical one or a D shaped one... or something different? Any reccomendations?

D rolls are good for fitting in the small of your back.

To try saving money, roll up a towel (inbetween hand towel and bath sheet size) into a tube shape and try this.
