2 year old and sensitivity

To loud sounds mi is 2 and half and recently has developed a pure hatred of any loud noises, and even soft ones like pans rattling in the kitchen.
The ice cream van makes her cry and car horns frighten her out of her skin :( is this just a phase??

Could be ADHD. My ex partner's son had it and everyday noises such as vacuuming would hurt his ears.
