Pre treatment, apart from hip pain, did you have leg problems? I can dig, lift and move heavy weights and bend easily but I am having great difficulty walking and climbing stairs....a real nuisance for a rambler and bird watcher!
My legs will suddenly feel incredibly heavy, seize up and refuse to work after walking a few yards....there are only so many times I can stand still pretending to admire the view. :-) No great pain except in one calf.....they just won't work!
I will, of course see a GP when I have worked out our new appointment system but wouldn`t mind some AB input first.
I'm miffed too because I'm never ill but I'm giving in now and admitting I may have a problem. Damn!

I'd let you loose with the WD40 if I thought it would get rid of this Tony.x
I`m supposed to be barn dancing and white water rafting next month. Would prefer the legs not to seize up when I fall in.
gness, I would seriously reconsider the White water rafting if I were you.

I may Tony. Already dropped out of surfing...don't quite know how we do that in Northants but I'm usually game for anything and the climbing. That leaves the Scalextric evening and an S15 Spy Mission???.....I don't know either...I just sign up for everything
Gness, are you on statins? serious question x
Gawd gness, what a woman. I'll have a go at the scalectric with you. lol and no cheating if you don't mind.

No Sib. Cholesterol.. a bit high....6ish a few years ago but then my eye pressure is 32 for no reason so I figure we all can't be the same and have a problem just because of a reading. Will look at that again.

Tony you're on.....Scalextric ????? My adventure club is becoming less adventurous. :-(
When is the Flight Stimulator sesssion booked gness?
I'm sure we could change that, between us gness.
wd40 and scalectrix, the mid boggles.

I'll have to take up glacier caving again (yes have done it in the distant past)

Later this month Dave. Be okay as long as no parachute is involved. Gliding is the one adventure I haven't tried yet....and won't....I think.
Gness, I'm sending you a shillelagh, think of the damage you can do...........
Glacier caving sounds interesting, DT.
Have you had a go at hang gliding gness ?
Question Author
We can give it a go Tony. :-)

Caving of any kind DT???? Mmmmm May give it a try when it next comes up.
well it can test if your adrenaline is coloured brown with all the creaking and groaning in a non-arctic one, in the knowledge that the ice can shear behind you, for a little entombment.
trip to Mrs Oland - further west mind you, for that.....malham/ingleton etc...
As that shillelagh got any nails sticking out of it, sibo ?
It still sounds interesting to me DT.
No tony, just thorny and nobbly bits sound familiar?
LOL @ sibo.
Question Author
Thank you Sib! :-)

Not yet Tony. Haven't seen hang gliding on our list but time yet. :-)
