Do I have a sleep disorder?

I seem to wake up at around the same time every night, 3am but I don't find it impossible to get back to sleep. I also sometimes have dreams where I'm not breathing, but I know I'm sleeping and try to wake myself up but I can't. Eventually I'll wake up and realise that I hadn't been breathing in real life while I was dreaming about it. Is there anything I can do to sort this? Thanks :)

No there is no indication of a sleep disorder here, no need to see your GP and I agree entirely with all the posts of 237SJ.

Thanks, I'll try that. It happened again last night, I couldn't move but it kind of felt like I wasn't asleep, I just had my eyes shut but I couldn't open them.
