I am wondering if the police were right to release the details of the person suspected of abducting her.
If by any chance the police find out later he had not abducted her I wonder what chance will he have to lead a normal life again.
There are always nutters who would take revenge even if he is found not guilty.

I think they've had to release his identity to enable them to find out more about his movement.

Has he actually been named as a suspect in her abduction, or is he just helping with the enquiry?

maybe you are right, but one has to assume they know more than we do.

I suspect they may have released his name in the hope that it may bring out people from his past who may know more about him and his history.

Poor girl, I do hope she is found soon.

I just hope that they find the little girl safe and well. Since she is in need of medication, someone, somewhere is looking after her surely.

Just heard on the news (on radio) that he is the chief suspect and vital to their enquiry. I don't think the little girl is at his house, how long have they been searching it now ?

On sky this morning a criminologist professor said these words....


"I would suspect that the police are pursuing other lines of enquiries still, so they will be looking at OTHER offenders on the register"

IF this Mr Bridger is involved, he may not be acting alone.

and they're searching the guest house where he worked.

It's a dreadful business, but I believe there's always a difference between police efforts that are visible and they allow to be reported and what goes on in the background, that we have no need to know about at this stage.

I read today that his teenage son (Bridger's) said he's been helping to look for her - I know I shouldn't jump the gun, but could he know something I wonder ?
