Thankfully it is now controlled by drugs and I haven't had an attack for some time now. Epilepsy can strike people of any age, from any walks of life at any time. Once you have found the correct medication for you in the correct doseage it should be manageable, but it is important to get your levels checked regularly. I am also very lucky in having a partner who understands my condition and who knows what to do if I have an attack, I dont know what I would have done without her in the past! And she makes sure I take my tablets at the right time. If I can be of anymore help please let me know. Best Wishes, Bruce.
